Vaccination News
While the Pfizer vaccine has been authorized for use in children in the 5 to 11 age group, and the Governor has previously announced a vaccination mandate for all school-aged children in the state, we still have not received any information on how this requirement will be implemented. Once again, we assure you that we will provide that information immediately upon us receiving it.
We do know that some families have already begun to have their children vaccinated. At this time, we are not asking for proof of vaccination to be turned in to us. This is tied directly to the lack of specific information on how the program will be operated mentioned above. So, please keep any vaccination records that you have for your children until we ask you for them.
School Year Update
Today is our 64th day of instruction, which puts us just over having completed a third of the school year. We are seeing students working hard on their academics, which is critical as we are also definitely seeing learning loss as a result of the pandemic and interruption to normal instruction. Many students continue to struggle with the adjustment back to full-time, in-person school. This can be seen in the form of depression and anxiety, difficulties with socialization, and an increase in negative behaviors. Noticias de Vacunación

Actualización del Año Escolar
